    Biography

    Jesus Ulloa is originally from Yuba City, a small agricultural town in Northern California. He completed undergraduate coursework at Yuba Community College and the University of California, Davis. He then completed a dual degree MD/MBA program at the University of California Irvine as part of the Program in Medical Education for the Latino Community. His is currently at UCLA in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program pursuing graduate coursework in research methodology that focuses on healthcare access, delivery and outcomes. My faculty mentors have been  Melinda Maggard-Gibbons, M.D., M.S.H.S  and Gerardo Moreno, M.D., M.S.H.S. at UCLA.
